We want you to join us as a/an ...Portfolio Specialist (80-100%)Location: GenevaWhen: 01 March 2026 or upon availabilityYour mission:In this role, your main objective is to oversee, manage, and facilitate the execution and delivery of a subset of the portfolio (projects, epics and programs). You provide portfolio oversight, analysis, and reporting aligned with the strategy and portfolio governance framework, to support and enable steering, prioritisation, planning and decision-making, according to the corporate objectives and strategy.Your Tasks:Oversee portfolio activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets and organizational priorities, in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders ( strategy managers, change managers, business owners)Optimize the business portfolio and its execution, to allow prioritization according to corporate roadmap, strategy, financial plan and resources availabilityTrack the KPIs of the portfolio and its components against plans, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actionsApply change and portfolio governance rules, including project document quality management and ensuring coherence across initiativesServe as a coordination hub between portfolio and business units, enabling and applying consistent communication, alignment, and cross-functional collaborationSupport the Head of Portfolio Management with monitoring & reporting, provide portfolio analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidanceAccountable of the project data in the portfolio management toolWhat we are looking for:Master's degree, or an equivalent level of professional experience, in a science, engineering, or business-oriented disciplineGood knowledge with the SAP PPM Module, JIRA and/or other portfolio management toolsProject management certification (PMP, IPMA, etc) nice to haveWork experience in the field of aviation or air navigation service provision is a plusProblem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured waySelf-discipline: You set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractionsFlexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your teamCommunication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listeningFluent in French or German and EnglishWhat we offer:We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
