Post Execution Officer

In our Middle Office department, you will be integrated in the Post-Execution team.

• Execution and validation of trades of all asset classes
• Reconciliation of positions and daily variation margins
• Handling of exercises and assignments
• Monitoring of corporate actions on derivatives
• Interbank deposit, money market and fiduciaries booking
• Issues treatment and investigations
• Monitoring of internal and external platforms dashboards
• Point of contact with counterparties and traders
• Creation and valorization of financial instruments

• Strong knowledge and experience (5+ years) in equities post-trading
• Reliable and precise
• Team spirit and good communication
• Analytical skills
• Client oriented
• Prioritization capacity
• Capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with derivatives is a strong asset.
• Knowledge in Telekurs, T24, GTMatch is an advantage
