On behalf of a boutique private bank in Geneva, we are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to support a team of bankers in their day-to-day activities within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Description
Support Relationship Managers in the daily management of client portfolios
Prepare and follow up on account openings (KYC/AML documentation)
Monitor and process client transactions (payments, transfers, securities orders)
Maintain and update client documentation and records
Act as a point of contact for client requests (emails and phone calls)
Prepare reports and client meeting materials
Liaise with internal departments (compliance, back-office, trading)
Profile
Previous experience in a similar role within a private bank
Good understanding of banking operations and KYC processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Client-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
French: fluent
English: good working level required
Use of S2i a big plus
Swiss residency mandatory
