Your Responsibilities: * Plan and execute sub?projects and small projects, e.g., process engineering calculations and plant optimizations; feasibility studies for new installations and/or modifications of existing systems, including cost estimates, timelines, and functionality; risk analyses, operational trials and changeovers, stand?ins and on?call duties within the department * Ensure proper and cost?effective maintenance execution while maintaining adequate plant availability, including interactions with authorities * Work with SAP (work order creation, technical and commercial evaluations, capacity planning to optimize equipment and personnel utilization, etc.) * Contribute to monitoring and adhering to the available budget (maintenance, changeovers, and investments) within your area of responsibility * Update and verify plant documentation, such as flow diagrams, zoning and layout plans, parts lists, and change management according to GMP * Support the training of plant operators and workshop personnel regarding process and equipment knowledge, as well as safety, hygiene, environmental protection, and quality (cGMP)

Your Profile: * University degree (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering) or University of Applied Sciences degree (FH) / Technical School (HF) * Professional experience, ideally in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment * Good knowledge of GMP, COMOS (plant engineering software), and SAP * Independent and flexible working style, strong team spirit * Strong communication skills * Structured, focused, and highly organized work approach * Solution?oriented and open to new ideas * Fluent German and good English skills
