Description du poste
Global Mission
Owner of one or more of our Technology Nodes: Product Yield Improvement, PCM (Electrical Parameters) Performance Improvement. Drive and Pass Technology Qualification for Volume Production.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Product yield analysis of your Technology: correlate product yield data (BIN data, wafer maps) with production data (PCM measurements and in-line measurement data as well as equipment commonalities) with the aim of understanding and solving yield excursions as well as improving product yields
- PCM data analysis of your Technology: correlate PCM data with production data (in-line measurements as well as equipment commonalities) with the aim of understanding and solving parametric excursions and drifts as well as detecting and solving equipment mismatching and also improving parametric stability through statistical capability analyses (PpK/CpK)
- Passing the Final Volume Qualification for your Technology and/or variants therein (special devices)
- Ownership of the PCM limit files of your technology and its variants
- Follow up on daily production issues like low yielding wafers and lots, PCM non-conformities and other non-conformities detected in the production line by Engineering
