Job Description

• Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from demand validation to order execution
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant purchase requests
• Monitor order flows, identify bottlenecks and resolve transactional issues
• Support demand planning and forecasting across a portfolio of international programmes
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Analyse procurement data to improve performance and operational efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes
• Support supplier and service provider performance tracking
• Drive service quality and responsiveness in a complex, multi-country environment

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field
• First experience (or strong internship) in procurement, supply chain or operations
• Good understanding of procure-to-pay processes and transactional flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
• Fluent English (mandatory), French/Spanish is a strong asset
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working with systems and data (ERP / procurement tools is a plus)
