For our client, an international company based in Zurich, we are looking for a Procurement / Supply Chain Specialist.

Your responsibilities:

ul>

Operational procurement and management of assigned product groups, as well as supplier support

Processing orders in systems, planning, and procuring requirements

Monitoring order status, obtaining order confirmations, and tracking deadlines to ensure on-time deliveries

Direct communication with suppliers to secure delivery dates

Conducting operational procurement controlling

Designing and optimizing operational procurement processes

Handling supplier invoices

Maintaining master data of all relevant information in the ERP system
Your qualifications:

ul>

At least 3 years of experience in operational procurement or similar roles

Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach

Structured and efficient working methods
