This role is responsible for shaping the strategy, development, and performance of products within the Trauma & Extremity portfolio. This role gathers market insights, collaborates with internal teams, and helps deliver innovative solutions that support customer needs and drive business growth.
Your mission
- Shape and execute compelling product strategies and go-to-market plans that drive growth across assigned product lines
- Lead the full product journey — from development and launch through to portfolio optimisation — ensuring every stage delivers impact
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Education, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to bring products to life
- Contribute to the creation of powerful marketing materials, product training programmes, and educational content that empower our teams and customers
- Build close relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and sales teams to translate real-world insights into meaningful product improvements
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Support smart pricing strategies, accurate sales forecasting, and continuous product performance tracking
- Represent Movora at industry conferences, training events, and sales initiatives — championing our products and brand in the field
Your skills and professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ( Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in product management within medical technology, or a strong foundation of 4+ years in medical device sales, biomedical engineering, or orthopedic implant technology
- Interest in or exposure to orthopaedic or implant technologies
- Strong communicator with solid analytical and presentation skills — comfortable presenting to both technical and commercial audiences
- Openness to working in clinical or laboratory environments
- Flexible and eager to travel — both domestically and internationally (approx. 30%)
Nice to have
- Background in veterinary medicine, animal health, or a related field — a genuine plus in our world
- Hands-on experience launching new products or driving product commercialization from concept to market
- Exposure to global product management across multiple markets or regions
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- An MBA or advanced degree is a welcome addition, but not a dealbreaker
