Die Ophtapharm AG ist eine FDA/EU-GMP zertifizierte Produzentin im Pharmabereich (Ophthalmika). An unserem Produktionsstandort in Hettlingen bei Winterthur werden für internationale Märkte qualitativ hochstehende Produkte wie Augentropfen, -salben und -gele aseptisch produziert, abgefüllt und verpackt.
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a Product Quality Manager to start as soon as possible.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Technical support for our customer products
- Serve as Project Lead for quality related projects
- Provide clear updates on Project status, risks and issues to stakeholders
- Support with strong product quality expertise investigating and solving quality issues
- Actively support department heads in identifying gaps, process improvements and their implementations
- Actively support performance excellence programs
- Represent the Director Quality in Meetings as needed and when it is requested
Ihr Profil
- PhD or MSc in Pharmacy, Biology, Microbiology or Chemistry.
- Strong quality expertise and experience
- Proven experience in sterile drug product manufacturing is advantageous
- 5-10 years of experience in GMP-regulated environments.
- Curious and interested in innovation and improvement
- Strong collaboration abilities across all functions and departments
- Excellent communication skills as a point of contact across departments and functions
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
- Logical thinker and natural leader, comfortable networking and connecting people
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational abilities
