Production & Development Engineer m/f

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Production and Development Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting both the manufacturing and development aspects of our solar cell production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain production equipment (inkjet printer, screen printer, slot die coater, laser systems)
• Prepare and formulate inks and coating materials
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to support product development
• Troubleshoot and optimize production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
• Document procedures, results, and findings clearly for internal reporting

Qualifications :

• Key qualifications: inkjet printer, screen printer, slot die coater, laser systems
• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Solar Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in solar cell fabrication or similar thin-film technologies (preferred)
• Familiarity with analytical and testing tools used in materials characterization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
