You will be responsible for managing IT projects and programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The role combines program and project management, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects and programs throughout their lifecycle
Ensure alignment with organisational strategy and objectives
Manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget changes
Provide reporting and visibility at portfolio level
Coordinate interdependencies between multiple projects
Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and controls
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Act as a key interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
Profile Requirements
Higher education in IT, Information Systems, or related field
Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, Hermes, or equivalent)
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects and programs
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
Solid experience with budget management, risk management, and change management
Good knowledge of IT governance frameworks and regulatory environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
