Lead the governance and process of our strategic initiatives, providing direction, control, and coordination to ensure timely and budget-conscious outcomes. Work closely with the Programme Lead and key team members to achieve set objectives.

Serve as the central point of contact for internal communication and knowledge management. You'll ensure clear communication, address stakeholder needs, and facilitate transitions through expert change management.

Support the SteerCo and team leaders in developing strategies and plans to adopt new processes and systems across the organization. You'll play a key role in promoting positive change and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Develop comprehensive plans and oversee all aspects of project execution, from timeline and budget to scope management.
- Work closely with team leaders to identify key stakeholders and design strategies to engage them effectively. You'll be responsible for addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Description du profil
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation projects, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable messages.
- A high level of diplomacy and tact, with the capacity to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in an NGO or international organization is an advantage.
