Property ManagerAs a Property Manager, you will be responsible for property management and ensuring their proper functioning. It is recognized for its structured approach and commitment to the quality of its services.MissionsAs a Property Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:- Manage a real estate portfolio and ensure its commercial and financial performance.- Negotiate, establish, and monitor lease agreements as well as their renewals and amendments.- Develop and manage budgets, investments, and asset maintenance plans.- Supervise property management agencies and external partners to ensure service quality.- Coordinate renovation projects and monitor work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.- Ensure the monitoring of contractual deadlines, regulatory requirements, and property compliance.- Represent the company before landlords, authorities, co-ownerships, and external advisors.- Contribute to the development of the real estate portfolio and the optimization of portfolio profitability.ProfileAs a Property Manager, you have the following profile:- Higher education in real estate (Federal Diploma or equivalent).- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.- Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and management in the drafting of leases and the management of external partners.- Solid analytical, organizational, and financial skills.- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented personality.- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel; SAP RE-FX is an asset.Offer and Benefits- A position with responsibilities and a high degree of autonomy.- Opportunity to manage a diversified real estate portfolio.- A dynamic work environment and a temporary contract of 1 to 3 months (possibility of extension). jid0691973aen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
