Our client is a medium-sized organisation operating in Switzerland. It is recognised for its structured approach and commitment to the quality of its services.
Responsibilities
As a Property Manager (m/f), you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage a property portfolio and ensure its operational, commercial and financial performance.
- Negotiate, establish and monitor lease contracts as well as their renewals and amendments.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, investments and maintenance plans for assets.
- Supervise property management companies, service providers and external partners to guarantee service quality.
- Coordinate renovation projects and monitor works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure monitoring of contractual deadlines, regulatory obligations and building compliance.
- Represent the company with tenants, landlords, authorities, co-ownerships and external advisors.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the property portfolio and optimisation of its profitability.
Candidate Profile
As a Property Manager (m/f), you have the following profile:
- Higher education in real estate (Federal Diploma or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management.
- Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and rental management.
- Experience in lease negotiation and managing external partners.
- Strong analytical, organisational and financial skills.
- Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel; SAP RE-FX is an advantage.
