About the Role
As a Purchase Controller, you'll oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services—all while maintaining budget compliance. You will be the backbone of procurement operations, collaborating closely with project management, controlling teams, and department leaders to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for materials and services.
- Identify requirements, prepare specifications, and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Lead tender processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor selection.
- Build strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Manage procurement systems for order processing and approval workflows.
- Site Infrastructure: Manage winter heating solutions, security measures, and seasonal services.
- Facility Management: Oversee container rentals, furnishings procurement, and demobilization processes.
- Waste Management: Coordinate waste disposal, monitor scrap credits, and compile disposal statistics.
- Ensure accurate project accounting data transmission and resolve discrepancies.
- Execute close-out processes for projects and orders using specialized tools like SAP Ariba and Unifier.

Candidate Profile : We’re looking for a motivated professional with:
- Education: BSc in Engineering or equivalent diploma.
- Experience: At least 5 years in procurement or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in process management, time management, attention to detail, and client relationship building.
- IT Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Ariba, Unifier, Invoice Track software tools.
- Behavioral Competencies: Highly organized team player with excellent attention to detail and strong supplier connections.
