For one our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva & Lausanne, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. (6 months minimum). You will support the QA operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsabilities:

  • Perform quality checks and audits across operational processes
  • Support documentation review and updates
  • Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Contribute to process improvement and risk mitigation efforts

Your Pofile:

  • Degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
  • Previous experience in a QA role (ideally in logistics, manufacturing or pharma)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
