Your Mission
- Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions – Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Reliability & Risk Analysis – Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Supplier & Process Quality – Ensure material compliance, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product Development & Compliance – Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits, and adherence to quality standards.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing – Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies

Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanics, micromechanics, physics or an equivalent field.
- An initial experience in development, production or supply chain within automotive, semiconductor or aeronautics industry would be an asset.
- Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, functional analysis, 8D, Seven Quality Tools, Stratification, Flow Charts, Run Charts).
- Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
- Strong command of Excel; Minitab is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
