For a temporary assignment of our client, the company Jabil Manufacturing in Le Locle, we are seeking a:

p>Quality Engineer

p>As a Quality Engineer, you will support manufacturing quality activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, product quality, and business continuity.

ul>

  • Support the management of Non-Conformances (NCs) and CAPA activities
  • Participate in root cause investigations and drive effective corrective actions
  • Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions with customers and suppliers
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, inspection plans, and procedures
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions
  • Provide technical support and guidance on quality-related matters across manufacturing operations

  • <

    p>Minimum Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field
  • Experience managing Non-Conformances, CAPA processes, and problem-solving activities
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards such as ISO, GMP, or similar
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality-related tools and methodologies
  • Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
