Quality Manager (80% - 100%) with technical background

Your Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Ensure effective and efficient ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Drives initiatives, to improve on agreed aspects of Quality and operational excellence and performance in close collaboration with the departments.
• Continuously identify and addresses risks and opportunities related to the organization and its Quality Management
• Perform supplier audits and internal audits
• Training and monitoring of personnel
• Run environmental compliance program (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals)
• Represent quality assurance in internal / external teams
• Certification of new opto-electronic subsystems (CE, EMC, ELS, laser safety)
• Support opto-electronics products line
• Engage in product engineering tasks
• Report to Management

Your Qualification

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferable within semiconductor industry
• SAQ-Qualicon Quality Management or similar Quality education
• Technical/engineering/manufacturing background or experience, ideally in electronics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English
• Willingness to travel ~10% internationally
