• Management of highly innovative and complex product development projects in an international environment
• Development of new products in line with requirements
• Implementation of technical work packages in innovation projects
• Coaching of project staff in relation to process knowledge and efficiency improvement
• Support for interdisciplinary business projects through technical expertise

• Completed higher education (HF, FH or comparable) in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience as an engineer or developer in an industrial environment
• Experience in agile project management
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Team player with initiative, innovative spirit and quality awareness
