The role will be to provide a high quality level of service to visitors and suppliers, by both phone & in person as well as administrative tasks linked to the smooth running of the office space.


  • Handle incoming calls and vistors
  • Handle logistics for deliveries and orders for the office
  • Coordinate office workspace (onboarding of new employees etc.) and liaise with suppliers
  • Distribute the mail
  • General administrative tasks

Skills required:

  • First previous experience in a similar role
  • CFC or equivalent
  • Dynamic and energetic personality
  • Fluent in both English & French (C1 level)
  • Team player, willing to help
  • Clear communicator
  • Highly organised
