Do you have at least two years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, ideally in a legal environment? Do you speak fluent English and French? About the role Our client is an international law firm based in Geneva. In order to complete their team, we are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with at least two years of experience in a similar position. Job duties - Manage the reception and the phone calls - Collect and manage the emails and letters - Ensure various administrative tasks (archiving, organizing fee earners' travels, photocopying and bundling, invoicing, etc.) - Give IT and Marketing support when needed. We are looking for - A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a law firm - Perfect command of English and good knowledge of French - A secretary certification is a plus - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook In this position, you will be required to multitask and be of assistance to people working with confidential information.
