We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist/Office Management on behalf of one of our clients, for a 3-month temporary contract based in Geneva. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Missions
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience
Manage and direct incoming phone calls
Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings
Oversee office management, including ordering supplies
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation) for management and staff
Prepare and process expense reports
Handle minor technical and facility issues
Provide general administrative support as needed
Profil du candidat
Previous experience in reception and/or office management roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Fluent in English and French, Spanish is a plus
