Recruiter - English native speaker

We are seeking a Recruiter with native-level English. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post job advertisements in Italian/English with clarity and impact
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews
• Manage recruitment processes for various departments
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies

Your Profile

• Native-level English speaker
• Intermediate level in italian
• Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
