Position Summary
We seek a Regional Sales Manager Travel Channel ZEUR to create and execute category-focused sourcing and sales strategies for Travel business, supporting business growth and competitiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop innovative solutions tailored to our clients- needs.
A Day in the Life of a Regional Sales Manager Travel Channel ZEUR
- Define and implement the Travel Channel for Airlines, Rail, and Ferries (ARF) and Remote Sites Platforms (RSS) Channel Strategy across EUR and cross-Region
- Collaborate with Zone EUR Categories to create a successful, innovative, and customer-oriented profitable portfolio
- Develop a customer strategy to drive profitable and sustainable growth
- Engage with customers and mandators to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
- Lead and coordinate with ZEUR Category Teams on strategic pricing, portfolio management, and tenders
- Manage P&L autonomously and ensure end-to-end results
- Identify new channels and opportunities in the Travel Business
- Cooperate with Demand & Supply Planning and Financial co-pilots to maximize existing MBP process benefits
What will make you successful
- University degree or equivalent commercial experience
- Solid experience in Sales and Customer Management with a strong background in I&R and project management
- Proven track record in Sales Management and performance
- Ability to lead projects involving different companies or brands with a consultancy approach
- Experience negotiating in cross-functional, cross-market, and cross-Zone teams
- Demonstrated strategic, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work with cross-functional team as well as independently.
- Creative, organized, and focused with openness to diverse cultures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
