For an international company in the global agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist - temp. assignment, min. 6 months (100%)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the output of CP Global Regulatory by effectively contributing to specific delivery activities of a team of Regulatory Specialists.
  • In particular, support the worldwide CP Regulatory organisation by providing appropriate certificate documentations and Letters of Access.
  • Support the Global Regulatory Portfolio Teams by working with a team of Global Regulatory Specialists and contribute to deliver the following accountabilities:
  • Preparation of appropriate Regulatory certificates in response to specific requests by country Regulatory
  • Help to resolve country issues around certificates
  • Help to cover other documentation activities
  • Issuing appropriate Letters of Access in response to specific requests by Marketing, country Regulatory or 3rd-parties
  • Provide support to all members of the Global Regulatory CP Department as required

Profile

  • Preferably some working experience in Product Registration or similar department preparing documentation
  • Ability to work within and contribute to cross-functional teams
  • Clear evidence of results orientation
  • Matura (or International Baccalaureate, Abitur) or University degree
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and preferably having some skills in further languages
  • Competent user of MS Windows and standard office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of data management and processes.
  • Basic understanding of Crop Protection regulatory processes would be beneficial.
  • Learning quickly.
  • Reliable and trustworthy. Knows when to ask for advice.
  • Attention to detail. Concern for impact.
  • Well-developed communication skills.
  • Collaborates effectively across organizational and functional boundaries
  • Effective team player. Flexible to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Openness and willingness to challenge the accepted ways of working and support implementation of new ones.
  • Is dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
