Position Summary 


As a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern, your responsibilities will include contributing to compliant labelling and product-related communications, providing input to business and technical teams in local Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital transformation initiatives and optimizing regulatory data processes, making a meaningful impact on our operations.


 

A Day in the Life of a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern

 

  • Ensure the regulatory compliance of raw materials, recipes and product declarations and contribute to the development of labels and communication materials on a multilingual basis
  • Help establish product declarations and harmonize them with the relevant EU markets in order to guarantee consistency across all languages 
  • Facilitate the digital transfer of regulatory information across our systems
  • Process optimization
  • Contribute as a supportive member to local I&R projects 

What will make you successful


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master-s degree or recent graduate in food science/technology or related field
  • Digital savviness and comfort working with IT systems and data platforms
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on processes, structure, precision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
  • Interest in process optimization
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English and French or German (Ideally French or German as a mother tongue with good understanding of the other working languages)
