Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability engineering methodologies to enhance product performance and durability.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into product design and development.
- Perform reliability testing and analysis, including life testing, stress testing, and accelerated life testing.
- Prepare and present reliability reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Support the development of reliability standards and best practices within the organization.
- Provide training and guidance on reliability engineering principles to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software (e.g., Weibull analysis, FMEA, fault tree analysis).
- Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRE, CMRP) is highly desirable.
