  • 5+ years of experience in product development, with strong expertise in reliability engineering
  • Proven experience with failure and root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, FTA, 5-Why)
  • Strong knowledge of design for reliability methods: statistical failure analysis, DoE, (D)FMEA, DRBFM
  • Hands-on experience with electronics development, ideally in miniaturized or hearing technology devices
  • Confident working with prototypes, PCBs, and fine-pitched components
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in medical devices or another highly regulated environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage
