Residence Supervisor

We are currently looking for our campus SHMS Caux for a:

Residence Supervisor (W/M/X)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that staff members and students evolve in a safe, secure, and comfortable environment while maintaining high standards and respecting the rules and regulations set by management
• Act as a mediator between school management and students, as responsibilities occur around the clock, 7 days a week
• Carry out building and room checks through in-person inspections or CCTV
• Apply fire evacuation procedures, operate fire alarm panels, and ensure the maintenance of fire safety equipment
• Provide basic first aid in case of emergencies and be fully aware of procedures for emergency transport (taxi vs. ambulance)
• Report any incidents, sickness, or injuries using the correct operational report format and inform relevant people
• Issue equipment and keys to students/staff as per standard operational procedures
• Receive and process visitors on campus as per visitor policy, issuing visitor passes, meal vouchers, and any other required documentation

Skills:
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
• Driving license
• Ability to communicate with and understand students from different cultures, and maintain a professional attitude in stressful and challenging situations
• Excellent presentation
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• First Aid Certificate is an asset
• Clean criminal record
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
