As a Restaurants Manager at Nestlé HQ, your mission is to lead our international Headquarter vibrant food service ecosystem, ensuring excellence in operations, customer experience and team leadership across all services. You’ll make a difference by inspiring and empowering the teams behind our self-service dining, table-service restaurants, retail concepts, catering and coffee corners. How you’ll make an impact as a Restaurants Manager

• Leading food service operations across restaurants, catering, retail concepts and coffee corners to deliver smooth, high-quality service every day.
• Driving a customer-focused service culture that enhances the daily experience of employees, visitors and guests.
• Managing financial performance through strong revenue oversight, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring high standards in food safety, hygiene, nutrition and corporate compliance across all services.
• Developing engaged teams by promoting accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Introducing relevant dining innovations and best practices that strengthen guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Bringing strong food service or restaurant operations expertise in a multi-service environment.
