CONTEXT
TimeVallée (TV) is an innovative multi-brand boutique concept operated by independent partners. A strong concept to magnify the brands, with an optimized space for an unrivalled customer experience.
We are currently looking for an intern to assist the Store Design and Planning team in the roll out of worldwide boutiques supporting with all retail projects and store planning activities for a 6-months period starting in June 2025.
The role is to plan, execute and finalize projects accordingly to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the effort of the third-party contractors, suppliers and consultants in order to deliver projects accordingly to the plan.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:
- Design and implement boutique layouts
- Evaluate projects- survey
- Support in the TV Bible development
- Support in the TV Pop-up experiential store concept
- Support in the TV Travel retail concept
- Ensure alignment of store design concept development with TV retail operation & Marketing team
- Establish efficient collaboration with the brands and external suppliers
- Brief and assist architects for all layout and drawing developments
- Supervise projects stakeholders: designers, project managers, millworker, general contractor, VM suppliers
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?
- Architecture studies (Architecture, Interior Design or other similar focuses)
- Interior Design & Decoration, furniture engineering, architecture and visual merchandising skills required
- Proficiencyin Autocad, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop)
- Proficiency in 3D software and visualization (Rhino, V-ray)
- Creativity and good hand sketch skills
- Proactivity and dynamism
- Fluency in English, French a plus
- First experience in project management or similar
- Previous experience in one or several of these domains: Luxury interiors, Fashion Retail, Luxury Boutiques, Hotels & Resorts, Architectural firm or Design Studio High End Contractor / Millworker / Supplier
- Available for a 6-month internship starting in June 2025
- Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
