CONTEXT

 

Join the high-impact Richemont HQ Omni-Retail Products team, within Richemont Group Platforms Product Office, and be at the forefront of modernizing luxury retail. Our team is dedicated to providing Richemont Maisons with efficient omnichannel solutions and crafting retail experiences that captivate customers.

As a Retail Operations (Senior) Product Owner, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our Maisons' boutiques. You will define and execute a product strategy focused on delivering best-in-class solutions that ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient retail operations. This role also offers the exciting opportunity to lead the roll-out of our SAP template, integrating new Maisons and geographies with core retail capabilities and setting the stage for continued growth and innovation.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 


  • You will set the product vision, own the product roadmap and budget and be responsible for managing the product throughout its lifecycle.
  • You will act as the Business-Product Team interface.
  • You will identify market opportunities and engage with Maisons/ other business stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, translating these into product requirements.
  • You will prioritize demand in close collaboration with the business stakeholders (Maisons, Functions and Regions/countries senior management).
  • You will maintain and refine product backlog based on changing needs according to business value or ROI, given capacity available.
  • You will partner with the development teams and business analysts to make sure the product vision is translated appropriately into the implementation.
  • You will conduct regular updates to share how the product(s) is/are evolving and to demonstrate how they contribute to the business vision and to the success of Richemont and its Maisons.
  • You will continuously seek to improve products to meet Business outcomes, tracking user feedback, benefits, adoption and usage through key metrics / KPIs.
  • You will be working with cross-functional teams across all the Product Areas, business areas and Maisons.
  • You will support business in change management approach and share best practices.
  • You will fundamentally impact our innovation roadmap through the products you manage.
  • With your vision and insights, you will integrate the broader transformation of our client facing initiatives.
  • You will participate in the Group-s Retail transformation at global scale.

DIMENSIONS 


  • At least 8 years- experience in retail and omnichannel projects/products management, including multinational and innovative environment 
  • Relevant functional expertise of Boutique operations or expertise of working in Retail / Boutique environment 
  • Excellent Business acumen, strong customer orientation 
  • Successful experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business areas problem solving 
  • Experience in implementing product management techniques and knowledge of working in agile environment 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills 
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Master-s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications 
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
