The Rewards & Talent Manager plays a strategic and operational role in shaping the foundation's global People & Culture landscape. This position leads the design and evolution of the total rewards framework and contributes to building a future?focused talent strategy. We will start with a 6 month mission.

Missions

1. Compensation & Rewards

  • Design and implement the global compensation framework, including banding, job evaluation methodology, and benchmarking.
  • Develop the architecture for a Performance?Based Compensation Framework.
  • Lead the FY27 compensation benchmarking exercise across global locations.
  • Support salary review cycles, job evaluations, and remuneration processes.
  • Conduct compensation modelling, scenario planning, and cost analyses.
  • Ensure compensation changes are correctly reflected in HRIS and payroll.
  • Collaborate with P&C Operations to review payroll accuracy and compliance.

2. Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support and coordinate P&C projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Lead the high?visibility project related to new Board Member appointments.
  • Prepare high?quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for leadership audiences.
  • Analyse project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

3. Talent Management & Workforce Planning

  • Co?develop a holistic talent and succession framework.
  • Identify capability and talent gaps in partnership with the Leadership Team.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Development through workforce insights.
  • Maintain an updated workforce plan, including aligned cost forecasting and productivity/ROI reporting.

4. People Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare People & Culture reports for governance bodies.
  • Maintain dashboards and people metrics (headcount, turnover, compensation, recruitment, etc.).
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people data for reporting and audits.
  • Translate data insights into recommendations for leadership decision?making.

5. People Operations Support

  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract updates, and administrative processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of P&C workflows, templates, and employee experience initiatives.

Profil du candidat

  • 7-8 years of experience in HR, Rewards, People Analytics, or People & Culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable with data, modelling, and reports.
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Service?oriented, approachable, and solutions?driven.
  • Strong communication skills and high professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
