Description du poste
Reporting to the country manager your main missions will be to :
- Be in charge of all commercial and marketing activities for the Swiss Market
- Be accountable for the turnover, margins and volumes sold and customer satisfaction
- Develop the sales channels and maximize performance of the dealers
- Strengthen brand awareness and products positioning among dealer's network providing relevant marcom action plan
- Create and deliver performance reports for both internal and external use
- Build up a deep market understanding
- Manage team of 3 people
Description du profil
- You have C1 Level in German or Swiss-German, English B2, French B2 and Italian a plus
- You have a proven track record developing high performance results in indirect sales network
- You are an inspiring leader, able to federate and lead by example
- You have already been in charge of managing marketing budget
- You have solid analytical skills and are able to define a successful sales and marketing strategy
- You are autonomous and known for your positive mindset
