Sales Associate H/F

INTRODUCTION

For a client in the telecommunications sector, we are recruiting 6 Sales Associates to join their team in Geneva.

This is a full-time (100%) temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract after the assignment.
The role is to be filled as soon as possible.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

• Welcome and advise customers in-store on products and services
• Promote and sell telecommunications solutions (mobile, internet, accessories)
• Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service
• Support with store operations, including merchandising and stock management
• Achieve individual and team sales target

PROFIL ATTENDU

• Previous experience in sales or retail, ideally in telecommunications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive and dynamic attitude
• Flexibility to work in different store locations if needed (travel expenses covered)
• Fluency in French (English is a plus); other languages are an advantage
• Availability to work weekends and peak hours
