Description

Your responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers throughout the entire process order to cash.
  • Take ownership of importing monthly evaluated customer forecasts into the SAP system, helping to align production and logistics with customer needs.
  • Ensure that every customer order is entered accurately and completely in SAP, both technically and commercially – laying the foundation for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics team to make sure our customers receive their deliveries on time.
  • Keep a close eye on delivery schedules and proactively follow up to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment for assigned customers.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer platforms – keeping digital touchpoints clean, current and reliable.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams through clear, reliable, and friendly open communication – both written and verbal.
  • Handle customer complaints and carrier claims with care and professionalism, always aiming for a fair and timely resolution.
  • Keep customers in the loop about order progress, solve problems before they escalate, and make sure they feel supported at every step.
  • Coordinate transport orders with forwarders via EDI, stay in regular contact with forwarder contact person to keep deliveries moving smoothly, always balancing speed, cost and reliability to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare all necessary customs and shipping documents, ensuring compliance and a seamless export process.
  • Use project management skills to analyze data, identifying ways to improve service and efficiency.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement by spotting opportunities, driving initiatives, and sharing best practices.
  • Keep track of outstanding customer payments and work toward timely resolution – with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your background:
  • Commercial or technical apprenticeship with 2–4 years of professional experience in Sales, Order Management, or a related field.
  • German and English skills are a must, other languages of advantage
  • Experience in order processing SAP R/3 SD Module & preferable in S4Hana
  • Interest in technology, particularly in turbochargers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities including long and short-term orders / projects.
  • Results oriented with the demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations
  • Strong cross function coordination skills and good inter-personnel communication skills, teamwork spirit required.
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel is preferable.
  • Advance knowledge of Power BI Reports is preferable.
