Sales Manager

What you will do

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the club’s success by:

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your team to unlock their full potential and create a positive, results-driven environment.
  • Being highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world-class customer journey.
  • Collaborating closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to shape and implement the club’s commercial strategy.
  • Monitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the club at events, partnerships, and promotional activities to enhance visibility and community engagement.

 

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) leading a sales team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • A results-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Passion for wellness and the ambition to grow within a high-end, international environment.
  • Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; any other European language is considered an advantage.
