Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our existing wholesale accounts across key international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong, long-term relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Act as the primary contact between the brand and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and sell-out trends to optimize order planning and revenue growth.
- Lead regular business reviews with partners, set targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless execution and partner support.
- Represent the brand during key trade fairs, events, and market visits.
Profile:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the watch or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record in wholesale business development and account management.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, German, or Italian) are an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of international markets and luxury retail environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approx. 75%).
