SAP MM / WM Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager

Your tasks

Your profile

• Bachelor/Master degree (Economic, Business, IT or Engineering).
• Deep expertise and experience with proven track records in the SAP ECC - S/4HANA MM, WM, eWM modules. Relevant SAP certifications can be beneficial in demonstrating expertise and commitment to the fields.
• Knowledge about the integration technology with external WM systems, ECC - S/4HANA QM, SAP TM an asset.
• Knowledge of the Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) Business Processes industry a strong asset.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders and teams with strong ability to make complex solutions accessible.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and supplier interaction is advantageous.
