For our partner, a major pharmaceutical company located in the canton of Bâle, GI Life Sciences is looking for a : Technician QC (Physical/Chemical)

Your responsibilities:

• Independently perform routine and validation physico-chemical analyses (e.g., assay, purity for small molecules, biologics, large molecules, and related entities) in Quality Control, in compliance with cGMP, applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Execute, review, and approve basic operational tasks in the laboratory (e.g., mobile phase preparation, pH meter calibration, balance calibration).
• Participate in investigations and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment issues.
• Ensure laboratory cleaning and maintenance (inventory and consumables management, 6S process) in accordance with cGMP standards for audit readiness, and support on-site customer and regulatory audits.
• Supervise the maintenance and requalification of laboratory equipment (Category A, B) as Instrument Responsible Person (IRP).
• Participate as a team member in laboratory operational optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Train others in the implementation of compendial and non-compendial methods in the laboratory.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in QC analysis.
• Proficiency in English (German and French are assets).
• Strong knowledge of GMP.
