SCOTT Sports SA is seeking a visionary new CEO entrepreneur
SCOTT Sports is one of the worldwide market leaders across an exciting portfolio of sporting goods in cycling, winter sports, motor sports and running. SCOTT Sports is known to be an innovator and revolutionizer in its sporting goods businesses.

The future CEO together with the Board and leadership team, will take SCOTT Sports to the next level. We are looking for a strong and seasoned leader with profound transformation and succession experience to lead SCOTT Sports and our people with vision and enthusiasm into the future. The successful candidate will work full time and will be based in Switzerland (Fribourg).

Major key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive succession strategy to drive long-term growth, innovation, and profitability for the company through a competitive portfolio of businesses and financial performance.
Align closely with the board of directors and build partnerships across the enterprise and group to address organization-wide challenges or opportunities.
Drive growth and optimize sales margin across all products and individual markets and into all distribution channels to implement a multi-channel-oriented distribution policy.
Lead and further develop the existing Management Team
Maintain existing dealer relationships and establish new and innovative sales partnerships in existing and new markets while ensuring and driving commercial success.
Systematic strengthening of the market position through developing leading market share and brand preference across all product lines and customer NPS improvement, supported by a first-class and high-quality product range with a focus on sustainability.
Deliver revenue growth, productivity, cost efficiencies, and free cash flow targets.
Further develop the company’s culture, governance and compliance.
Create an environment of shared values where collaboration is expected at all levels.

Requirements
20+ years of professional experience in an international consumer goods company on the intersection of innovation and high tech, ideally in sporting goods and the specific product segments of Scott Sports SA
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the role of a CEO or executive position with P&L responsibility in a manufacturing or trading consumer company on the intersection of innovation and high tech, with a specialized distribution model, ideally in our respective sporting goods segments.
Full P&L responsibility of similar scale of a closed unit or company in their career.
Overall leadership responsibility of > 500 employees.
Passion for the sporting goods industry, specifically for SCOTT Sports’ products.
Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; fluent in English, ideally also in German and/or French.
