Securities Reconciliation Specialist - M/F

For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :

Responsibilities: 

• Reconciliation of our depositories for all our entities
• Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds
• Check differences and investigate monthly
• Establish a list of pending for securities-funds
• Treatment and follow-up of current files
• Claim back missing statements

Profile :

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience confirmed in the Securities-Funds reconciliation department
• General knowledge of the Back-Office activities
• Good interpersonal and organization skills
• Attention to details and accuracy / meticulous and proactive
• Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus (is an asset)
• Good command of the MS Office suite
• Solution oriented and pragmatic
• Team player and comfortable working in open space
• Stress resistant
• Flexibility, adaptability capacity, precise, proactive
