Securities Transfer Specialist - M/F

For a prestigious private bank, we are looking for :

Responsibilities:

• Free of payment deliveries: incoming/outgoing/internal for all kind of securities, shares, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds…
• Faxes issuance and sending to counterparties
• Sending instructions to our custodians/depositaries by swift MT540/ MT542/MT599 or fax
• Following up the swift or fax instructions and act to have the transfer settled on time and update the core banking system accordingly.
• Opening accounts with the transfer agent when necessary
• Being in contact with different departments such as Security Master, Investment Funds, Tax, Compliance, Reconciliation team… for the transfer purpose
• Reconciling our cash positions linked to tax or fees issued from trades and align securities positions 

Profile:

• Min 2 years in a similar position within the financial or asset management industry.
• Good knowledge in Stock Markets, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.
• Strong team player and able to deliver quality service during intense periods of activity.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ideally, he/she knows the following systems: Temenos – GTmatch– GTExchange (formerly Stelink), SWIFT, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS and/or XACT.
• Fluent in French and a very good level of English in writing and speaking is required.
