Description

Are you graduated in in accounting, Finance, or related field and a relevant business experience in accounting?

Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger activities
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting: setup, depreciation, and reconciliation between sub-ledgers and the general ledger
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors
  • Assist in balance sheet analysis, intercompany transactions, and reserve calculations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and systems
  • Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5 or more years of relevant business experience in accounting
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Knowledge of Swiss statutory regulation enabling the proper accounting for the preparation
  • of the financial statements
  • Knowledge of Swiss VAT and statutory regulations for VAT calculation and VAT returns
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability for business travel
