We are looking for a full-time Senior Analytics Manager 100 %.

• Be a trusted strategic and technical adviser to global leadership team.
• Be the analytics expert and primary reference for any field requests related to data driven decision processes.
• Be a key strategic and tactical partner for Finance and IT to co-develop advanced analytics that help improving the organizational performances with state of the art technologies.
• Develop project proposals for Analytics solutions and secure resources for project execution
• Develop and deploy data solutions to Marketing, Enrollment, Student Services, and Student Operations departments in the following areas, and using some of the following methodologies:
– Data governance (e.g. defining metrics for new reports, database management, etc.).
– Exploratory data analysis (e.g. uncovering relationships in data utilizing visualization tools).
– Periodically forecasting enrolments and other KPIs which would represent the basis for budgeting and long range planning.
• Inferential statistical analysis to identify root causes for changes in the behavior of prospective students and students.

• Bachelor Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Management Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role managing Analytics resources.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate the big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to regularly present concise executive summaries, structured syntheses of insights and business recommendations to senior management.
• The individual must be able to work with a high degree of autonomy to plan, organize and implement multiple projects within time, budget and capacity constraints. Individual must set clear priorities and design KPIs for success with cross functional teams.
• Experience in multicultural environment and experience in working within matrix organization.
• Computer literate with excellent Excel skills with experience in handling large datasets is a minimum.
• Experience and/or understanding of coding languages such as R, SAS, VBA, Java, Python, Pig or SQL is preferred.
• Previous experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Powerbi is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
