Senior Business Analyst - Digital Engagement

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Digital Engagement team. This role is central to driving digital transformation and operational excellence across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to analyze business processes, interpret data, and design solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize internal business processes using data analytics and industry best practices.
• Collect, interpret, and present business data through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Elicit requirements and design solutions that support organizational goals and digital innovation.
• Collaborate with design and communications specialists to enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the team in meetings, working groups, and task forces.
• Provide guidance on business analysis methodologies and tools to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Monitor strategies based on KPIs and adjust as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: First-level university degree in business administration, management, information technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: ITIL and AWS certifications.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in business analysis, service management, process improvement, and digital transformation, ideally in international environments.
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of another major language is desirable.
• Skills: Strong service management and analytical skills, proficiency with JIRA, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with modern business analysis frameworks.
