As part of the Global Campaign Management team in Geneva, you will be an integral part in orchestrating consistent international campaign planning, execution and measurement – from input into the global brief through live service – to grow profitable player relationships.

This role will focus on bringing our Battlefield, Madden NFL and NBA LIVE franchises and The Sims™ campaigns to life at the international territory level (Europe, APAC, Latam), engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure our international audience receives the high calibre experience they have come to love and expect.

Set the parameters for international campaign success and drive international campaign efficacy: Apply international player, market and product insights to establish what we’re solving for as a basis for defining objectives, strategies and KPIs.
Galvanize the publishing organisation around the global campaign strategy
Oversee the development and execution of coherent, highly targeted, localized go-to-market plans that closely adhere to the global campaign strategy
Co-present global campaign overviews to executive leadership
Manage cross-organisational and cross-functional international campaign teams through influence
Proactively and effectively synthesise international campaign performance into digestible and action-oriented status updates for cross-functional and executive campaign reviews cohesively and with supporting commentary
Assume responsibility for actions and outcomes

Co-create inspiring and seamless global player journeys: In partnership with the global campaign lead, craft campaign narratives and brief programs which fuel drivers, knock down barriers and inspire play.

Drive cross-functional and cross-organisational collaboration:
Own 1:1 relationships with many cross-functional executives across the studio, publishing and marketing organisations and flags campaign risks and opportunities with that group
Able to absorb data and make quick, informed decisions to the service of the campaign
Manage up to the VP level
Connect marketing with product and business deliverables: Equip teams with reasons to believe and align campaign execution with development and business goals.
Share the development of Campaign Roadmaps and Communications Plans for EA franchises across international Territories

Lead a cross-functional team of campaign champions: Inspire an unassailable sense of shared purpose & equip, empower & enable solution-oriented creative progress.
Create accountability in heavily matrixed and geographically dispersed environment
Portfolio management and ownership: Oversee franchise campaigns for the Battlefield franchise, the Maxis and Tiburon studio titles◦Play game builds throughout the development cycle and can aggregate feedback into dev leadership and Game Development gates.

Strong people management experience, leading both a direct team and indirect reports
Proven experience working with and influencing executive teams
Experience running marketing campaigns in support of computer game launches
Experience delivering Marketing campaigns to an international market across Europe and Asia
Flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing goals and objectives.
Experience working in a matrixed team environment characterized by interdependency.
Ability to galvanize and influence teams and stakeholders across disciplines, at all levels.
Demonstrates ability to deal with ambiguity positively, adapt quickly and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment
Understanding of evolving consumer engagement and channel opportunities.
Committed to a deep understanding and knowledge of products in your portfolio.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on expertise of digital subscription businesses
Experience working on global campaigns and partnering with geographically dispersed teams.
