Senior Consolidation and Reporting Analyst (M/F)

Our client is the global financial HQ of an industrial company, leader in its sector.

To accompany its continuous growth, we are looking for Senior Consolidation & Reporting Analyst (M/F).

Description

Role Overview:

Ensure accurate financial data presentation and drive process improvements to support strategic decision-making.

Contribute to financial insight, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting: lead monthly close, review affiliate submissions, analyze trends and variances, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and manage HFM administration including structure updates and system implementation.

Statutory Reporting & Consolidation: support quarterly IFRS consolidation, draft accounts and notes, collect and analyze subsidiary packages, manage balance sheet reviews, and ensure compliance with group policies and local GAAP.

Process Improvement: identify and implement process optimizations, update procedures per IFRS changes, train subsidiaries, and enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in a group finance position
  • Qualified accountant with strong background in IFRS experience, Accounting and Consolidation
  • Solid knowledge of Hyperion and HFM
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Business fluent in English, any European language is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to structure thoughts and drive action plans for your team to execute, as well as the ability to communicate efficiently across all staff and stakeholders' levels
  • Team & hands-on working style; Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable
