Description

Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and development tools while supporting developers with best practices and documentation.
Apply DevSecOps expertise in Kubernetes, scripting to improve system performance and reliability.

Description

Develop and refine automation scripts to improve and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Support deployment activities through the creation and validation of Kubernetes/OpenShift scripts.
Maintain and enhance the toolchain used for development (build tools, IDEs, container platforms, etc.).
Provide technical guidance to developers throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards, with proper documentation.
Optimize and fine-tune systems such as logging frameworks, ETL processes, API management platforms, and NoSQL databases.
Analyze application performance and sizing requirements, identifying areas for optimization.
Perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.

Profile

Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a DevSecOps role.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (ideally Azure DevOps), container orchestration (Kubernetes, preferably OpenShift), and scripting (shell).
Previous development background, ideally with Microsoft .NET, plus exposure to at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or an API management solution.
Ability to approach IT ecosystems with a broad, holistic mindset.
Practical, problem-solving attitude with strong hands-on skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
